Do you agree with ethical advice to a law student?

From Randy Cohen's ethical advice column in last Sunday's NY Times Magazine:
I received a prestigious internship at the district attorney’s office. One of my responsibilities is to interview police officers and crime victims to ascertain the facts of alleged criminal incidents. When I say that I’m calling from the D.A.’s office, even when I give my proper title, people often assume that I am an assistant district attorney (or even the D.A. himself). Must I disabuse them of their incorrect notion? I’m not dispensing legal advice, just fact-checking.

Career Services Office announces our new Moritz Visiting Practitioner Program 2009-2010

To inaugurate the new Moritz Visiting Practitioner Program, we will host our first two guests on Friday, September 11. Joseph D. Epps, '73, will speak about his health care practice at noon in room 250 and Martin R. Glick, '64, will talk about his intellectual property practice at noon in room 246. Both speakers will be available for individual conversation and questions following their presentations.
