Take a look at advice to those on the other side of the interview process

The Ohio State Bar Association's website currently includes some interview tips to recruiters. With just nine questions and twenty minutes, the article suggests, an interviewer can get a pretty good picture of a job applicant.

Reviewing these questions and thinking about how you would answer them could give you an edge going into an interview. Even if these precise questions don't come up in your interview, practicing your answers to them will help you think hard about your career goals and job qualifications.
